Ian Groves with a long-standing customer.

Leonard Groves established the business in Dundrum in 1969, after working in Harts Chemist, Newcastle, Co Down for many years, and at the present premises of 165 -167 Main Street Dundrum in 1973.

Ian Groves joined his father in the business in 2001 after qualifying from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 1995 and completing a pre-reg year with Bairds Chemists in Lisburn and Newtownards.

Groves Chemists prides itself in being a family business living and working in the local area. Having been brought up in Dundrum, like his staff, Ian has known most of his customers and their families for many years.

We hope that this new website continues to enhance the service we provide to our local community.
